Abbe Kaufmann
Abbe is a consultant that has worked on projects for metro-DC organizations like the National Cherry Blossom Festival, Golden Triangle Business Improvement District, Hispanic College Fund, and the Smithsonian Folklife Festival. Abbe is a native Washingtonian, loves the Jersey shore, sharing memories of her dad who passed five weeks shy of his 101st birthday, swimming (of course), and helping to advance the good work of the Kara Kennedy Fund.
Grace Kennedy Allen
Grace is currently pursuing her J.D. at the Berkeley School of Law. As a former kindergarten teacher in the Oakland (CA) Unified School District, she is passionate about youth advocacy and education equity. Just like her mom, Kara Kennedy, Grace can be found swimming in the ocean all year long. Brrr.

Max is a software engineer at the fintech company Ramp where he works on fraud detection and prevention and risk mitigation. He studied Computer Science and Mandarin Chinese at MIT, and currently resides in San Francisco. Max is the son of Kara Kennedy, and has adopted her love of swimming, exercise, and ketchup!
Joanne Barker
Joanne formerly served on the boards of the Maret School, The Student Conservation Association, and Arena Stage. Currently she is enjoying being a grandmother on the East and West Coasts. Joanne lives in Sarasota and San Francisco.

Tracy Spicer is a founding partner of Avenue Solutions, an all-female, all-Democratic consulting firm specializing in healthcare policy. Prior to her current position, Tracy spent 10 years on Capitol Hill working for Senator Edward M. Kennedy (D-MA). Tracy lives in Bethesda, MD.
Rosalind Cross
Rosalind is the owner of vacation rental properties. She was formerly an owner of retail stores. Since the nineties, she has raised funds for various educational foundations. She previously hosted two Kara Kennedy Fund events at her home in Osterville. She lives in Delray Beach, FL and spends time in Crested Butte, CO and Osterville, MA.

In Memoriam 1962 – 2022
Dan was the Alumni Director and a counselor at Cliffside Malibu, a residential substance abuse treatment facility in Malibu, CA. Formerly a lawyer and senior media executive, Dan served as General Counsel and President of FOX Entertainment Group/20th Century Fox. He grew up in Pittsburgh but has resided in Santa Monica for the past 25 years. He was a competitive swimmer from early childhood through college and remained an avid swimmer throughout his life.
